  • How Can I Make A Booking
    Bookings are made directly through our Facebook and Instagram pages as well as through our Website Book Now Links, alternatively you can call 0466 074 989 to book your appointment. *Please not if you do not already hold a Fresha account you will be prompted to create one, Fresha provides a seamless booking process and fast checkout. Don’t worry - if you’ve forgotten your password, it’s really simple to log back into your Fresha account: Head to our sign-in page by clicking here. Click on the Forgot password? link and enter the email address you registered your account with. We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password. Check your junk and spam folder if you’re having trouble finding your email as it may have landed there by mistake.
  • Do you require deposits for bookings
    Yes, a 30% booking deposit is required when creating a booking, your 30% deposit amount paid will be immediately deducted from the total treatment amount.
  • Booking Cancellation Policy & No Show / Late Cancellation Fees
    As a small independent Australian-owned business, we thank you for your consideration of our cancellation policy Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment, late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time; however, treatments will still be charged at full price To cancel or change a booking a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid a 30% booking cancellation / no show fee Our booking policy doesn’t only protect our staff but also affects our affordability and ensures fair treatment to all our clients We acknowledge that from time to time it cannot be helped, however consider that you are not the only person cancelling and we need a fair policy for all Please book carefully, as a 30% cancellation / no show fee will be charged for no shows and late cancellations made in under 24 hours of scheduled booking time A 30% late cancellation and no show fee is applicable to all Mobile Treatments, Studio Treatments and Studio Spa Packages To reschedule please contact Holistic Skin & Beauty on 0466 074 989
  • How do I manage my bookings
    It’s really easy to manage and make changes to your appointments from your Fresha account. Cancel an appointment Click on My appointments to view any past or upcoming appointments you have. Select the appointment you’re looking to cancel. Click Cancel and Cancel to confirm. Depending on the venue’s cancellation policy, you may be charged a fee. Reschedule an appointment Click on My appointments to view any past or upcoming appointments you have. Select the appointment you’re looking to reschedule. Click Reschedule and select the time and date you’d like to reschedule to, and Confirm. Depending on the venue’s late cancellation policy, you may be charged a fee. Once confirmed, the appointment will be automatically updated under My appointments and you’ll receive a notification confirming the changes to your booking.   • How do I leave a tip
    There are a number of different ways you can leave a tip: When adding your card details whilst booking an appointment. At checkout when paying by text message or through a Fresha card terminal. After checkout when clicking on the Add a tip amount in your thank-you messages, when leaving a review or when clicking on an appointment under Past appointments.
  • How do I leave a review
    We love hearing about your experiences - and other clients do too! You can share your thoughts and leave a rating for the staff and services you’ve received by heading to My appointments and selecting the Past appointment you’d like to review. Alternatively, click the Review link in the thank-you message you receive after your appointment. If an appointment has been cancelled by you or the service provider, you won’t be able to leave a review. You can only leave a review once an appointment has been completed. Leaving a Positive Google Review | Find a Shortcut to our Google Review Link at the bottom of our Websites Home Page Head to Google Use the search bar to type in Holistic Skin & Beauty It will appear on the search results on the right-hand side and you'll see the reviews section Click on the Reviews tab Then the reviews will pop up and you will see a button saying Write a review Click into this, write something lovely about our business, and leave a star rating and a photo (although that's optional) Then click Post You can also leave a Google review through Google Maps. On your phone or tablet, open up the Google Maps app Search for Holistic Skin & Beauty on the Google Maps app (or just tap it if you are already in the location of the business) At the bottom of the Google Maps app, you'll see the name and address of the business you want to leave a Google review for Tap the name then tap the Reviews tab Tap the stars Write a review
  • How We Can Support NDIS Participants
    What is NDIS NDIS stands for National Disability Insurance Scheme. It is a government initiative set up to fund people with disabilities for them to get access to the support they need to improve their skills and independence over time. Does NDIS Cover Massage Therapy This depends on how your NDIS fund is managed as well as your or your client's individual needs. Massage would need to be included in your NDIS plan (your client’s plan if you are a support coordinator or agency). There are two categories that that it may make sense to include massage under: • Improved Daily Living • Improved Health and Wellbeing Many people find that massage can help with chronic pain management. It can also be helpful for relieving stress, anxiety, and depression. ​ If you are a self-managed and plan-managed participant, you may be able to use your NDIS funding to cover the costs of massage therapy, however, this depends on your individual needs and whether this support is related to your disability and will help you pursue your goals and aspirations. Participants requiring support to improve mobility and muscle function or relief from chronic pain or stiffness in joints may be able to access funding for massage therapy under their plan. How do I access massage services through NDIS funding: Accessing massage services via your NDIS fund depends on how your fund is managed. There are three key ways to manage your funding as an NDIS participant: Self-managed: you’ll be given access to your NDIS funding and will be able to manage this yourself based on the goals you’re working towards. Plan-managed: you’ll be given a Plan Manager who will help match you with providers, keep track of your funds and take care of the financial reporting for you. NDIA-managed: this means the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) will pay providers and manage your funding on your behalf. We recommend contacting the NDIA to see if this service is covered by your funding. We tailor treatments to specific needs and schedules, ensuring that you can access your desired self-care services at a time and location that works for you. *Please note, we are not a registered NDIS service provider.
  • How To Purchase & Redeem A Gift Voucher
    How to purchase a gift card/voucher To purchase a gift voucher please select Gift Cards through our website or visit us in store Shop 1/31 Berserker Street, Rockhampton QLD 4701. After clicking on 'Purchase Gift Voucher' through our website please scroll down to the Voucher you’d like to purchase. Add the quantity and click Continue. Choose a recipient - decide whether it’s a treat for you, Print as gift, or Email as a gift. If you Print as a gift, add a name, personalised message, and click Continue. Go to See print preview to see what your voucher will look like. If you Email as a gift, add a name, email address, personalised message, and click Continue. This will override the default voucher title and description. When you get to checkout, select or add your preferred payment method and Pay now. If you don’t already have a Fresha account, you’ll be asked to create one. Any vouchers that have been purchased through Fresha will be displayed under My vouchers. How to redeem a gift card/voucher Once your service has been completed and you go to check out, you’ll need to present the voucher code from the original invoice to Holistic Skin & Beauty. Depending on whether you purchased the voucher for yourself or have received one as a gift, you can find you voucher code in one of the following places: Under My vouchers on your Fresha account On the printed voucher you received. In the email you were sent confirming a voucher had been sent to you. Once the voucher code has been located, present it to Holistic Skin & Beauty and the cost of the service will be automatically deducted from the value of the voucher. If the service costs more than the value of the voucher, you can pay the outstanding balance with an alternative payment method. If the service costs less than the value of the voucher, you can use the remaining balance on your next appointment. Holistic Skin & Beauty Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months for the amount that the voucher was purchased for. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash unless the business is no longer in operation. Please note prices are subject to change without notice, any price differences must be paid at the time the voucher is redeemed.
